You get value for your money. Prime location, close to JR station, good for shopping, and eating. Pay parking is around, very convenient.

Hotel staff and hotel were great, only thing that ruined the experience and all of our nights sleep was the smell of cigarettes that was ingrained within the room, not even opening the windows helped. I don’t know if you can ask for a non-smoking room but if you aren’t a smoker, I would. This room was all that was available at the time as it was a last minute one night stay.

The location was good. I was hoping for more space or better facilities for the price. The staff were excellent except one staff member who was very rude. All other staff were very polite and went out of their way to help. Staff were by far what made the stay.

Great choice
The overall experience was really good. Location, price, room cleanliness are great. Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There's just a case where a staff was a bit annoyed when we're using the dryer in the wee hours. Totally recommended.

Friendly accommodating staff who were very helpful despite limited English. They helped us use the very small laundry facilities, moving clothes from washer to dryer and then folding them while we were out. The room (twin) was a reasonable size although the bathroom was small and basic. Beds were low to the floor but comfortable. There was no cupboard space only four hangers, so we left most items in our cases. There is no English sign for the hotel outside, so look for the long green Japanese sign. Great location for Sendai station. Breakfast is very basic, just coffee, juice, bread and boiled eggs.

Great location - inexpensive hotel
Great location right next to Sendai station. Easy to find hotel. By shops and restaurants lots of night life around. Rooms are small but clean. Free simple breakfast is nice. Friendly staff.

Cheap hotel near the station.
Its very close to the train station. Quiet enough, functional shower, reasonable bed and good wifi. Breakfast was basic.

Easily accessible and walkable. The staff were excellent and are always available to help. You leave the keys at the front desk when leaving during the day which makes the stay stress free.

Great location
Five minute walk from the Sendai Station with lots of places to eat and shop. Easy access to Matsushima Bay and also the city sight seeing bus Loople. I’d stay here again for sure next time I visit Sendai

The best
I was going to wait till the end of my trip to write reviews on hotels but i was so amazed with every thing from price to accommodations and staff that i couldn't wait. There was even a smart phone in the room for free to use and make international calls with during your stay. The beakfast also included was very nice way to start the day. I loved my stay here and if you plan to stay in sendai i strongly recommend

Overnight stay in Sendai February 2018
This was a good hotel. Short walk from Sendai station. Rooms are small as expected in Japan, but adequate for 3 people. Beds were comfortable and firm. Walls are thin so some noise transmission if you are a light sleeper. Continental breakfast was OK... toast, jam, eggs, juice, tea and coffee. Staff can hold bags after check out and are very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again for short stay.

Good Value For Money Accommodation
The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were a cosy fit especially with 2 adults and two teens in the twin room but the beds were comfortable enough while the bathrooms were tight but had great hot showers - plenty of hot water. The free continental breakfast was modest but a satisfying start to the day. Locationexcellent for access to Sendai train station and everything in the downtown area. I would stay there again as it was very good value for months.

Comfortable stay for family of 4
The room equipped with 2 semi-double beds is quite spacious for a family of 4. The toilet is small typical in Japan. The hotel is near Sendai Station with many shopping centres and restaurants. Convenient for travellers.

Nice stay close to Sendai Station
Hotel is located very close to Sendai station and close to Arcade area. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very simple ( bread, boiled eggs, drink) but good. Room is normal Japanese size. (small) especially, bathroom was very small. Bathroom has several molds which needs to be cleaned. Overall, we ar enjoyed staying there.

Good hotel close to the train station.
The hotel was very convenient to the train station which was excellent for me with my heavy suitcase. It was close to the local market and good restaurants. The bonus was an inclusive breakfast I didn't have to spend time going looking for somewhere to get breakfast. It mean't I could start my day earlier. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave a clear list of what was allowed in the hotel and what was available.

東南アジアの安宿
浴室はカビ臭くシャワーカーテン、壁面にカビが多数。 蛇口が今時珍しくお湯と水それぞれを捻って温度調整するタイプ、また洗面台には水垢が多数。 浴室の換気扇の音は相当大きく切らずには眠れない。 正方形に近い部屋に入口ドアが付いているため、廊下の声がダイレクトに聞こえてくる。 （他のビジネスホテルは入口ドアから短い廊下がありその先にベッドスペースがあるタイプが多いが、ここは違う） ベッドもスプリングが固く、部屋の中も汚れやホコリが多い。 トイレが狭く便座に座る際に前面の壁に必ずぶつかる。 ペーパーホルダーのカバーにはホコリがたっぷり溜まってる。 エアコンは天井に埋まってるタイプだが見た感じで古びておりボディが黄色く変色してるため使用せず。 清掃マニュアルがいい加減なのか清掃スタッフが手抜きなのか… 東南アジアの安宿を思い出させてくれるレベルのホテル。 日本で宿泊したホテルでは間違いなく最低レベル。
