    This typical Majorcan house is located on the outskirts of Sencelles, in a very quiet rural area. The accommodation, rustic style, is perfectly equipped and has everything you need to spend a dream vacation. In addition, it has a swimming pool, a large garden and several terraced areas ideal to spend time outdoors and enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers. Undoubtedly, in Mostatxet you will discover the essence of the island.

    Sencelles, the closest town to the villa, it's a small town where you will find some restaurants, supermarkets and shops as well as some services and family activities. The closest city is Inca, where you can enjoy all services you could need. In addition, the accommodation is just 20 minutes drive from Palma, the capital of the island and its large sandy beaches.
