On the ground floor: living room (fireplace in function), separate kitchen area, shower room with wc. Washing machine, dryer. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 1.60m beds), 2 bedrooms (4 0.90m beds), bathroom, separate wc. Outside, terrace on open ground, car park, table tennis, swings and volleyball court shared with other gites. Access to the lake on foot and free for tenants.
