Moreover, the jaccuzi of the room was broken so they cahnge us from villa with a good jaccuzi. The only point which is difficult is that some of the staff at the front desk doesn't speak very well English but thay always find a solution to be understood and to understand you. Unorganised staff and unhelpful management! No sound isolation at all- you can hear your neighbours every word when they party at 4am. Poor quality fittings. Not very clean. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Their system didn’t recognise our booking so they weren’t ready for us at 8pm. So we dragged our kids to a restaurant and waited until 9pm to get into our room. The 2 bedroom villa is actually and a 1 bedroom villa with a studio bedroom- and these are separated by a pool. The walkway between the bedrooms is literally a gappy bridge across the pool. This is completely unsafe for a 3 year old to stay in a room without parents as they could easily slip into the pool. We had to stay the one night due to the late arrival. This was awful due to the noise from next door (including setting off fireworks at 2am). Then Kanishka refused to let us check out a day early. Happy to pay for the night we stayed- but just want to leave and refund the 2nd night. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and refunded us. The hotels.com help desk was amazing and we are very grateful to them. Absolutely horrible stay- so much so it’s almost comical. One shower didn’t work and the toilet leaked at the bottom. The list just goes on and on. I just don’t see how any parent could possibly feel comfortable with the bedroom setup for small children.
