S’HORT DES CAPELLA VERONA - Traditional Majorcan house in a beautiful natural environme

Welcome to this wonderful rustic house located in Selva. It sleeps 6 people.
The exterior area of this two story house is very beautiful. The garden is a charming place where you can bask in the sun whilst reading a book or listening to some music. The best thing is the wonderful chlorine pool that sizes 10.60 x 3.5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.30 to 1.75 metres. You'll find a wonderful porch perfectly furnished, including a gas barbecue, to organise delicious breakfast or meals.

The house comprises 2 floors characterised by an eclectic mixture of modern and antique elements. It features and impressive living - dining - kitchen with AC that makes the room handier so that you cook on the ceramic hob while you meet around the table or watch the satellite TV. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, closet, AC and an en-suite bathroom with a shower each. One is still on the main floor and the rest are located on the first floor. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair on request. Apart form the en-suite bathrooms you'll find a toilet on the ground floor for the whole accommodation.

Selva is a beautiful family town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. Its located about 3.3 km from the property and it offers the basic services for an independent stay like a supermarket and some bars and restaurants. It's the perfect starting point for routes through the mountains and it also offers an easy access to the beaches like es Capellans and the one in Puerto de Alcudia.

Everything looked so nice and they put everything together in such a way that you -as visitors- can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. If there’s something wrong or you have a question, Carme comes to the rescue. Her and her parents are really kind people. So resumé; i would definitely recommend this to everybody i know and even see myself coming back to this lovely place.

Fantástica finca, que estaba equipada con todo lo necesario. ¡La piscina de agua salada y la cocina de barbacoa al aire libre eran geniales! Si estás buscando paz, serás feliz aquí. Het huis was een stukje hemel op aarde. Nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Wij hebben enorm genoten van de fijne slaapkamers die allemaal van alle gemakken voorzien waren. Alles was verder erg stylish ingericht met goede apparatuur. Vergeet ook niet om de buitenkeuken met geweldige gril te gebruiken! Verder was het terrein ook heerlijk met voldoende zitjes en gezellige hoekjes. De communicatie was snel en goed. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden.

Das Haus ist sehr ästhetisch und modern- mallorquinisch eingerichtet sowie gut ausgestattet. Praktisch ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Außenbereich lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Ein Mietwagen durch sehr ruhige, eher ländliche Lage empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a lovely stay. The house and garden are beautiful with a lot of love to detail. Carmen and her family are very nice and attentive - we didn’t miss anything. They even brought a traditional cake, when they heard one of our kids had their birthday during our stay - very sweet. The house is perfectly equipped with anything you could need. Cooking was just amazing inside but also outside in an incredible outdoor kitchen. We loved every minute of our stay and are sure to return.
