Penthouse with spectacular views. Faroles 4:
On the 4th floor of the apartment, the open plan dining area and lounge open out onto the balcony that offers those beach views. There is a lift access to the attic. There are AC in the double and twin bedrooms. The third bedroom is small and has a single bed, this room does not have its own wardrobe or air conditioning unit, although it is just off the lounge /kitchen area, there is an ac unit in the lounge area. There are two shower rooms with wc and hand basins.

From booking the apartment to leaving everything was great. Prime location apartment with great views of the marina and bay. Great place to stay in Puerto Pollenca, would definitely stay again.

Mariana has been great to deal with throughout our holiday.The apartment was brilliant, space, location and the view was amazing. We spent a few night relaxing with a wine overlooking the harbour.I would recommend a stay here, loads to see and do, with good restaurants and beaches nearby. ??

Lovely apartment with an absolutely stunning view that can not fail to impress, the location is perfect for resturants and bars etc, with some beautiful beaches within a few mins walk. The apartment was very clean and plenty of room for us 4 adults, Mariana was extremely helpful in getting us a second set of keys cut, very good communication.
