It has been made use and kept the style of of local interiors and design. The well located Villa, with wide grass area, is all in one level and provides good holiday accommodation next to the center. Villa March enjoys unlimited free WIFI. The entry to the Villa is directly into a welcome hall. From here there is access to the comfortable lounge and dining area. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday and to prepare nice meals for your loved ones. From the entry hall you access to the nice bedroom area, the first one is a light and airy twin bed. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. From the lounge, doors open onto a lovely veranda with wooden ceilings and BBQ, over viewing the pool and lawn area, great for outdoor dining and breakfast, with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also an exterior toilet and shower for enjoy the outdoor life as its best. Villa March is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges, plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter. In a great location, just 10 min walk to Pollensa Old Town along cozy streets, makes this villa an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere. Villa March is situated in the La Font area of Pollensa, with a mountain backdrop and the town in the front. From here you can walk to the center (10 min) at Pollença and in the evening participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer, there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. Pollença is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices. Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort with beautiful beach and offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised at how much land and space were around the Villa. The Villa is in a great location walkable to Pollenca old town and the supermarket. We only had a hire car for a few days of our stay and managed fine without, walking, using taxis or the local bus stop is just at the end of the road. Owl villas were super helpful, especially as we had originally booked for last year. We ate every meal outside and used the BBQ which was nice, I wish I had one that big at home. The Villa is even nicer than the photos and the Owl Booking team were attentive and very nice and helpful, we would definitely book with you guys again. Pool area concrete need sorted, cracked and raised areas. Grandson hurt his arm falling over. Pool only cleaned once in our stay. Quiet location with lots of space, beautiful garden and surroundings and all just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Pollenca, Would love to come back ##### Quentin H. ### 8/10 Good #### Gillian P. 21 May 2019 #### Handy villa for access to Pollensa Villa March is a comfortable villa with easy access to the centre of Pollensa and several good restaurants (ie within about 10 minutes’ walk). The kitchen is spacious with ample room for cooking and dining, and the garden and pool area is lovely. The villa is perhaps best for the summer months when the evenings are warm, as the heating/air conditioning is on a timer and not available until 9pm by which time it can be rather chilly. If you are arriving in a large car it’s worth knowing that the driveway is narrow with some very awkward corners, so take care not to put any expensive scratches in your paintwork! We booked through the local Owl Bookings office and the staff there cannot be faulted, responding swiftly and cheerfully to all our minor queries and concerns. All in all a very enjoyable stay. ##### Gillian P. Maison typique mais tout le confort est là, spacieuse et accueillante. Extérieur très sympa avec le parfum de la fleur d'oranger à l'arrivée. Super service également pour le prix ! rien à redire. Pollenca quand à elle est une ville calme et idéalement placée entre les montagnes et la me et des commerces pour les plus pragmatiques. Bref je recommande ! Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Grill im Außenbereich und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir waren zu viert plus Baby und hatten ganz viel Platz. Ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer bietet weitere zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen! ##### Daniel H. The main square had a brilliant atmosphere, and so many restaurants to choice from. Back to the villa it was even great for my 5yr old grandson.
