I had an issue with my reservation. I had originally booked for 2 nights, plans changed. I only stayed one night. upon checking out, I wasn't given a receipt. I was referred to Hotels.com. I have been with Hotels.com for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Third party booking does not will not work for me. If I am paying for my accommodation, I should have been able to receive a receipt for the time I actually was there. I was told I would receive an email receipt. I have not received anything. I don't care for this policy at all !!!

Bug infested bathroom

The bathroom was full of bugs. I called the front desk and reported it. The Clerk said it was nothing he could do and would try to find me some pesticide but never did. Overall the stay was ok
