  • Nice apartment with balcony and lake view. From the balcony you can see the lake Sellin. It is only a few meters to the fun pool with its great sauna area. Especially for children it is an experience. In winter you are right at the winter ice rink.

    This holiday apartment with balcony is part of an apartment house and is located in a quiet side street. Baltic Sea beaches, pier, forests and the Seepark can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot. Shops, restaurants, cafes in less than 5 minutes. An adventure pool is located in the immediate vicinity. It is not far to the beach. In about 5 - 10 minutes walk you reach the beautiful beach of Sellin. The raging Roland, the historic train of Rügen, you can see from the balcony.

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Die Kurtaxe könnte bei der Buchung mit verrechnet werden. Ist hier leider nicht der Fall gewesen und muss selbst erledigt werden.

Check in war mies. Bettwäsche nicht vorhanden. Duschwand undicht . Standartwohnung,schöner Balkon.

Der "Check in" läuft nur übers Telefon ab, das heisst es wird einem gesagt wann und wo man den Schlüssel abholen kann. Den Rest,also in welchem Haus die Wohnung ist,wo der Fahrradkeller ist bzw die Tiefgarage muss man alleine herausfinden. Die Wohnung selber ist normaler Standard mit einer angenehmen Größe. Die Duschwand auf der Badewanne ist undicht und das Bad schwimmt nach jedem duschen. Auf welchen Trick wir allerdings rein gefallen sind und sehr erbost darüber waren, war das in den Ausstattungsmerkmalen steht,das Bettwäsche bereit gestellt wird,dies aber nicht der Fall ist. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir die Antwort : "da haben sie wohl vergessen einen haken zu setzen,aber sie sind nicht die ersten denen das passiert ist" und wir hätten die Bettwäsche für teures Geld leihen können. Also zukünftige Mieter nicht drauf reinfallen und Bettwäsche einpacken!!!! Wir würden diese Wohnung bzw über diesen Verwalter nicht noch einmal buchen!!
