Wonderful staff, large themed rooms, very quiet atmosphere, and just a little ways out of downtown proper. The rooms were clean and accessible with parking right outside the door. Wifi can be a little clunky at times, but worked for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Havasupi Fall Trip

The hotel was ok. TV operates using Roku and there was not good reception. However, if you stay there to hike Havasupai Falls, it’s a quick stay and a short distance to drive there

The hotel was very outdated. Carpet was dirty and beds needed to be replaced. Staff was very kind. Light bulbs were unscrewed and fridge was unplugged. Did not get cold when plugged in

It wasn't the worst experience ever. The staff seems polite and the front desk girl seems sweet. If you're looking for 4 star treatment, this isn't it but if need a place to rest your head for a night, then you will be ok here.

When i got there, the place looked atrocious and i couldn't get anyone on the office phone. I bit the bullet and canceled my reservation. I knew it was basic and wouldnt have nice amenities or anything, just a bed and bathroom, but had taken it because it had a high rating.

WAY TO MANY THINGS TO LIST !!! ( not even mentioning the trains that pasted right next to it all night long ) JUST DON'T STAY HERE ! We waited 45 minutes just for someone to come and check us in . And everything went downhill from there.
