Lovely hotel with a room to park bikes and a lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed staying here and our dinner outside on a patio and breakfast the next morning.

Overall good experience, but a bad smell in the common area and a really rude and unfriendly service at the breakfast restaurant. Beside the rude waitress at breakfast the reception staff was very nice and breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect but the A/C didn’t work in the room which made it difficult to sleep. With an open window you hear people screaming outside in the park all night and in the morning you wake up by diesel exhausts from cars standing on idle outside. If A/C worked this would be the best hotel.

The room was freezing and the hot water was tepid. The staff were rude especially the females in reception - felt like it was an inconvenience to get bar service. No eye contact, banging around. Terrible.

There’s a construction behind the building. We asked for towels for shower twice and they never changed it during our 3 night stay .. they gave us hand towels instead .. the pillows were not comfortable

Room was not made up for 3 people as booked. We had to go back down to reception to let them know (as there are no phones in the room). They did remedy this quickly. The room listing however stated a single bed and it was a sofa bed. The lights in the bathroom were very temperamental - one would go off sometimes and sometimes all the lights would turn off. The water also didn’t come out from the sink tap sometimes.

It would have gotten 5 starts. However we stayed on the 4th floor. And I think either the dining room or someone with kids getting in and out of chairs was above us. Starting at 7 am it was so noisy I could not sleep. Chairs were scratching the floor. They need to pit felt under the chairs and stool legs. Also the outside noise was bad. It does not have good soundproofing.

Tolle, zentrale Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal, Fahrradgarage vorhanden. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten im Stadtzentrum und bei tollen Restaurants, aber auch schnell aus der Stadt raus, um andere Orte zu besuchen. Gerne wieder.

Come già segnalato ad expedia, l'hotel era un cantiere, impalcature sul lato esterno e hall praticamente con impronte di cemento e polvere di cemento ovunque, anche sui piani delle stanze. Operai con scale e attrezzi che giravano ovunque, chiedendo anche di entrare in camera. Attrezzi scale e materassi lasciati ovunque nei piani. Rumori di trapano e altro. Su 4 notti per ben 2 volte abbiamo dovuto richiedere la pulizia della stanza perché, o non fatta o fatta male. Secondo me e le leggi italiane non poteva stare aperto durante i lavori di ristrutturazione, soprattutto per la pericolosità. Mi sono lamentato con il personale e il responsabile, ho ottenuto solo: ci scusi ma stiamo eseguendo i lavori, per il disagio mi hanno offerto un drink e delle ciabatte da camera, che ovviamente ho rifiutato e sorriso. Che dire secondo me expedia e altri servizi dovrebbero richiedere foto e situazioni aggiornate delle strutture una volta prenotate.

Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten und durften für 2 Nächte die Suite beziehen. Diese war unglaublich! Auch die Lage vom Hotel war ideal. Man muss nur bei dem Parkplatz erwähnen, dass man tagsüber nur einige Stunden darauf stehen darf und das Auto dann umparken muss.

Zweckmäßiges, sauberes Hotel in guter (fussläufiger), Zentrums- u. Bahnhofnähe. Während meines Aufenthaltes umfangreiche Fasadenrenovierungsarbeiten (ab ca. 7:30 !), mit einigen Zugangseinschränkungen, die leider weder auf der Homepage noch Buchungsplattform in irgendeiner Weise aufgeführt / angekündigt waren u. auf die auch seitens Rezeptionspersonal in keiner Weise eingegangen wurde. Etwaige Preisreduzierung/Entschädigung etc. für „Lärmbelästigung u. a. Einschränkungen“ Fehlanzeige !
