Great location, perfect room, great help, did everything to help us as we went for the tour de yorkshire and the roads were closed at 11am, so they emailed is to come early and we could get a parking space and they let us check in early, thank you for all the help you gave us

Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly

only stayed one night, friendly attentive staff, 15 minute walk to the centre for the shopping, restaurant and bar areas. We will certainly be booking again soon but next time for a 3 day break

Stayed with my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing. The Hotel knew this and left us a lovely note and some chocolates in our room for when we arrived, what a lovely surprise. We went to the Spa for a swim and sauna, we almost fell asleep on the beds we were so relaxed.

Stayed here twice now they cater for gluten free . Nice staff friendly and its nice and clean we will definitely be back soon

I love the design of the Indigo hotels and this one is no different. Staff very friendly. Location good with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops nearby. (The Spanish restaurant across the road is really friendly as we popped in for a glass of fizz. ) would definitely recommend it

This is a fantastic hotel, in an idyllic location. Everything about Goldsborough is of the highest quality, with great attention to detail .Our room was exceptional and the cleanliness was the best I have seen so far. The gardens are delightful to walk round and the head gardener was very polite and friendly, as were all the staff. We have read other reviews regarding this hotel some of them not very complimentary frankly they are obviously deranged. Our experience was excellent, the hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Great stay from check in through to check out. Spacious, modern rooms and excellent buffet breakfast. Good location for shopping. Bit of a walk to FD Arena but just get an Uber!

Firstly, wonderful warm and welcoming staff. Great location with easy parking and an immaculate and comfortable room. Breakfast was lovely too. Highly recommended.

We took our little boy for an over night stay and the illuminations and we all loved it. The resort view was great, the illuminations looked great at night from the room. The onsite amenities like the soft play and super child friendly resteraunt were great. We loved the everything about it and have already booked to come back at Christmas this year.

What a beautiful hotel next to the river a nice walk to the centre of York. Staff so friendly and helpful clean and comfortable apartment. With everything you wanted in a apartment. We even asked to have a look at the 2 bedroom penthouse suite and was given a guided tourer, we will book the penthouse suite on our next visit with friends. And with free tea/coffee in the lobby. A great 2 nights stay could not ask for more.
