About this property

Large Mediterranean pool, river, basketball, sleeps 26, 8 bedrooms

  • This large 8 bedroom mediterranean waterfront home with private pool is one of the nicest vacation rentals in the New Braunfels/McQueeney/Seguin area. The 8th bedroom opens in February. Perfect for large groups, individuals, family reunions, church retreats and small family getaways. With 6000 sq ft, this home is large and features a full range of upgrades. Features include an elevator, sub-zero refrigerator, pool table, (2) living areas, basketball court, private pool and (2) canoes. The pool is oversized to handle the large groups. The backyard is chain-link fenced for the kids and pets. Pet fee $95.

    The pool is oversized to accommodate large groups such as reunions and retreats. It is private and not a community pool. Pool closes November 15th and reopens March 8. The property (pool and courts) extend across the street. We may stop by to collect trash, check pool and/or answer guest questions.

    Area activities include Schlitterbahn, Sea World, ZDT, Fiesta Texas, San Marcos Outlet Mall, San Antonio Riverwalk, San Antonio zoo and the Alamo.
