"Compact room, but all the necessities are there. Super helpful and dedicated staff. Loved the community space, common kitchen, rooftop. Very convenient location to old city landmarks and transportation. Clean bedding and bathroom, but desk could have been cleaner."

"Lorena was an excellent/efficient front desk staff when we checked in. Room was ready at 10:30 am which was very helpful after a long overnight bus trip from Paris . She helped us set up our complimentary Bern City tickets for transportation. The room was clean, breakfast well set up and excellent choices. Karen was also very nice. Well worth staying here."

"Lovely hotel! A short walk uphill from the nearest bus stop but the views are amazing, the beds comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!"
