In Seez, Savoie, near Italy  
5-minute walk to the river, forest, leisure center, bike path and hiking trails...  
10-minute walk to village center and market, cinema, water sports center, shops...  
  
Chalet (120 m²) comprising a ground floor and an open-plan first floor with mezzanine:  
Ground floor :  
\- a modern, fully-equipped open kitchen (cooking piano, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, steam cooker...)  
\- modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine  
\- bedroom with double bed (160x200) and storage cupboard  
\- a large open-plan living room with a sitting area, central fireplace, internet access and a dining area  
Upstairs on the open mezzanine:
