Modern 3-family house "Martina", built in 2018\. 3 apartments in the property. In the district of Labebene 2.5 km from the centre of Kappl, 8 km from the centre of Ischgl, 10 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Ahlesbrücke" 800 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 19.8 km. Ski lift 2.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
"Martina", 5-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Modern and wooden furniture furnishings: 2 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. 2 showers/WC. Carpet. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

#### Moderne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. In der Küche fehlten ein paar nützliche Utensilien, z.B. Dosenöffner, Schöpfer, Deckel Kochtopf, Schüsseln ... Ein paar Haken in Bad und Küche, sowie eine Ablage im Flur für die Skihelme wären sehr nützlich. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Gerne wieder.
