Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking.

There is no shuttle. The hotel desk arranged a taxi. Be sure you’ve got WhatsApp in order to communicate with the taxi. There is a 500 rupee CHARGE to return to the airport. The “shuttle” is only free one way.
Restaurant was open very late and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty.
