Perfect for the digital nomad looking for convenience without the noise, this townhome is situated walking distance from not only some of the city's best restaurants and bars, but also steps from the quiet natural beauty of residential Madison Valley. Perfect for long-term stays and weekend getaways alike. The space Annoyed by lengthy lists of chores or nowhere to charge your phone? How about that HDMI cable you forgot to pack? We've been there, so we've done our best to equip our home with all those little things we tend to leave behind. About this Home: • 1,083 sq. feet. or about 101 sq. meters in total. • High-end finishes and features throughout, such as one-touch electronic window shades, heated floors in the primary bathroom, well-equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, LG washer and dryer, and two brand new 4K televisions. • Tall home with lots of stairs (please note for those with small children or mobility concerns) • Large rooftop deck with surrounding views of the area • Air conditioning on second + third floors which easily keep the entire home cool on the hottest summer days • Abundant street parking without time restrictions First Floor • Bedroom with universal device chargers on either side of bed, closet, hangers, laundry bin, iron + board • Workspace with monitor + keyboard/mouse • Washer & Dryer with detergent provided • Full Bathroom with shower and tub, and body wash + shampoo + conditioner provided Second Floor • Living Room with 4K smart TV, HDMI cable provided, and JBL bluetooth speaker • Workspace with monitor + keyboard/mouse • Dining Area with seating for 4 • Kitchen with blender, coffee pot + grinder, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, Lagostina pots + pans set, cooking utensils and gadgets, cocktail making set Third Floor • Primary Bedroom with 4K smart TV, HDMI cable provided, universal device chargers on either side of bed, reading lamps, and extra under-bed storage • Walk-in Closet with digital safe/lock-box, iron + board, laundry bin, and plenty of hangers • Primary Bathroom with touch-operated heated floors, double sinks, massive spa shower with seating, and body wash + shampoo + conditioner provided Rooftop • Seating Area • Bar Guest access: Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the ground-floor slider doors to the side yard. This is an easement which must be kept clear at all times. Other things to note: Don't worry, no chores for you here - all we ask is to respect the space (don't leave trash or food around the house, spilled liquids on bedding or furniture, etc.). Anything outside of a typical cleaning will result in additional cleaning or replacement fees. We do require that any person entering the property must be registered with us ahead of time, please! Some additional guest flexibility may apply to long-term stays, so please feel free to ask. Absolutely NO parties, please! We have a great relationship with our lovely neighbors and we would like to keep it that way. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. There is no smoking of any substance allowed anywhere on the premises. It was right along there bus line making it very convenient to downtown attractions. While the streets were tight, we had no problem finding close parking spots.
