House Oceanic at Seaside Beach

    Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.

    However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

    House Oceanic at Seaside Beach. This brand-new single-family home is just a short few blocks from the beach. Whether your vacation plans include playing in the surf, crabbing, walking the Promenade, or exploring downtown Seaside, you can feel at home here. Enjoy the well-appointed open floor plan, to gather with your friends and family. Grill up some burgers on the BBQ in the privacy of the backyard (May-Sept.) while playing Cornhole! Don't forget to bring your pet! This home welcomes pets as well so the whole family can come to enjoy!
