If you need a place to relax and unwind in the Texas countryside…this is it. Spacious house, large areas for gathering and eating, pool/foosball table, well stocked kitchen and plenty of outside area. We particularly liked the outside area with the Dinner table, hot tub and bean toss game all in an area enclosed with bug screens. We really enjoyed our stay, your place is clean and wonderful…if we are back your way we’ll be sure to book again.
The house is so spacious and accommodated our extended family very well. The kitchen and dining spaces were great. Because the cooktop was on the island, my sister and I could cook at the same time, but on opposite sides of range. We all loved playing pool and foosball. We only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house.
We had a great time here. Our dogs ran around the yard all day. It’s fenced. The place was very clean and had lots of open space. The pool table and the jetted tub were fun additions to our trip. We definitely plan on coming back some time soon.
This place was just as advertised. It was a large home and had the perfect amount of space for our large family of 10 to spread out and enjoy. There was a lot to do if we had more time to enjoy it: pool table, foosball, Xbox, board games, books, cornhole, etc. I would definitely stay there again.
House was really big and clean! Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. We loved the hot tub, pool table and huge covered patio. We enjoyed making smores with the fire pit. We watched a lot of football on the oversized TV. The corn hole game needs to be replaced but other than that we loved the house.
Home was absolutely amazing!! Everything was clean & modern and accommodated everyone in our group perfectly. We booked the property for a trip to Eagle Lake, and this house did not disappoint! Owner was professional & communicative, we found that upon arrival every amenity was carefully considered and well thought out. Rooms offer plenty of space for a party of six or more, and the property is undisturbed and well away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Our event was just down the road, and the town of Sealy just a few miles away offers amazing dining/shopping options(check out the Wolfpack Tavern, the Chicken Fried Steak and Crawfish are to die for!) Overall, an awesome stay & we keep this location bookmarked for next year's trip! Thanks! :)
Gorgeous home! Plenty of room for everyone with very large living and dining rooms as well as the bedrooms. Loved the foosball and pool tables! The TV’s were easy to use including live TV. Property is close to a main road but set back far enough that it’s not really a problem. Slight road noise when you are on the back patio. Beds are comfortable. We needed more towels, especially with the hot tub (which was great except the temperature kept going to 104 degrees even after we turned it down). The coffee and snacks left for us was so nice! There is a washer/dryer but no detergent to be found. In fact most of the drawers and cabinets are empty and the pantry door is locked. There are enough utensils and silverware and mugs and glasses so all good there. Our biggest problem was mosquitoes. All in the house and on the back patio. All of the kids are covered in mosquito bites and we used Off on them all day. Mosquitoes are in the house and got in our cars when we were leaving. We had to stop and open all doors to get them all out. This could be the time of year or recent rain but it was definitely a problem.
