Pompano Court offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus a versatile loft that provides additional space to accommodate guests comfortably. With plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together, this inviting home is perfect for families and groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay.

At the heart of the home, a stunning great room welcomes you with soaring ceilings, beautiful exposed beams, and a spacious sectional sofa that invites everyone to gather, relax, and unwind. Filled with warmth and character, this open and airy space is perfect for enjoying conversation, making memories, and spending quality time together.
The spiral staircase leads to the loft which has extra sleeping space, Smart HDTV, foosball table and access to an upper deck. There is a queen bed and a futon couch (suitable for child or adult under 5' tall) in the loft for additional sleeping.

The fully stocked, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Thoughtfully furnished with the essentials, it's the perfect space to cook, gather, and enjoy delicious meals together during your stay at Pompano Court. The adjacent dining room has a large table with 8 additional chairs. This open floor plan is highlighted by sliding doors that lead to the wonderful deck with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table, and a propane grill.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. A sliding glass door gives access to the deck. The en suite primary bath has a soaking tub, pedestal sink, and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, Smart HDTV, and an en suite bath with walk in shower. The 3rd guest room has a queen bed with Smart HDTV, and the 4th room has a queen bed with twin bunk over top and a Smart HDTV. Two additional guest bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations and share a conveniently located full hall bathroom with a shower, providing comfort and convenience for family and friends.

This home offers wonderful outdoor living space with the front porch and expansive decking. You'll love the direct boardwalk access that will have you down to the beach in no time. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off those sandy toes. When you're not at the beach, pool, on the golf course or tennis courts, there are ping pong and foosball tables, cornhole, and board games/jigsaw puzzles at the house to keep you entertained. Up to (2) dogs are welcome with additional fees per dog added.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 4 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
