Newly Renovated Riverfront Villa

  • Escape to a hidden gem nestled within the serene Seabrook Island, where tranquility meets luxury in this splendid marsh front condo. Perched on the third floor and boasting convenient elevator access, this renovated end unit is a quiet, family-friendly villa minutes away from stunning private beaches.
    This villa is close to the front entrance of Seabrook making it easy to get to Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina with stunning views of the sunset and delicious arrays of restaurants.

    You will have access to the villas private association outdoor pool, and the Lakehouse outdoor pool at no additional charge. Neither outdoor pools are heated. You will need to pick up a QR code from the Amenity Office in order to access the Lakehouse outdoor pool.

    Noise Ordinance: Residents should exercise extreme care to avoid unnecessary and loud noise such as music or televisions, or disruptive behavior, as it infringes on the right of others.

    Note: The Lake house also includes an Indoor pool/Gym , and is available at ( $15 per person/day ). This rental does not include access to the Seabrook Island Club/Golf Courses, and tennis courts. STR Permit # 25-000010

    All Seabrook Island private beaches are within a 10 minuet slow island 25 MPH drive. Parking is free, and every beach access has it's own parking. Enjoy a safe private gated island with 24/7 security. Where you will truly feel relaxed.
