With its prime location, the beach and Seabrook Island club, ocean front pools, and golf are just a half mile away. The Lakehouse at Seabrook Island, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and Kiawah Island are all nearby. Downtown historic Charleston is a scenic 21-mile drive. With elevated ceilings, abundant natural light, guests enter into a relaxing, spacious open floor plan. The living area features a large screen TV with streaming and cable, comfortable seating, and access to the deck. Guests love to relax, unwind, and reconnect under the ancient oaks amongst the peaceful, lush greenery. The Adirondack chairs are a great spot for morning coffee in the salt air. Off the living area, the guest bathroom features a vanity and walk-in shower providing a second bathroom and ample space for all. Flowing seamlessly off the living room, the dining area offers an ideal place to eat or gather for game night, The well-stocked, updated kitchen has everything needed for entertaining and serving, even spices and a Keurig and standard coffee pot. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided.
