  • This is a beautiful waterfront villa with amazing views of the Bohicket River and the Marina. It is ideal for boaters in that the marina rents slips that guests can keep their boat at while they are staying at the villa. Guests will have access to private Seabrook Island and its beautiful uncrowded beaches, which are only a short drive or bike ride from the villa. The villa is conveniently located about a twenty-five minute drive from downtown historic Charleston and about a five minute drive from Kiawah Island. (Bus. License No. BL25-001385; STR permit No. STR25-000612 Maximum Occupancy=4; maximum parking: two vehicles parked tandemly)
