"Room was very clean and view of the ocean from balcony was great! Staff was very nice. The beds were suppose to be Queen and they weren't, as they were also very uncomfortable. Parking was tight as other guests would take up 2 spots. Didn't like guests from other hotels were parking in our parking deck. Lastly, it was a little uncomfortable each morning going to breakfast and the amount of homeless that were also enjoying our free breakfast."

"My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the staff’s lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. It was very clear that the staff members were not on the same page with each other, which created confusion, delays, and unnecessary frustration throughout my stay. I received conflicting information from different employees, and no one seemed willing to take accountability or properly resolve concerns. Communication with guests was poor, and at times the staff came across as dismissive and unorganized rather than helpful or accommodating. For the amount paid and the expectations associated with staying here, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. Professionalism, coordination, and customer care should be a priority at any hotel, and unfortunately this location failed in all three areas during my visit. I would strongly recommend improvements in staff training, internal communication, and overall guest relations moving forward."

"We have been using Vrbo since 2018. This property is the dirtiest one.One night I dropped my glasses next to the bed, when I picked them up I also picked up a glob of gray hair. We found several cockroaches, two of which were German cockroaches. We returned one evening to find a small invasion of springtails in the kitchen and bathroom. That is when I finally messaged the owner. I sent pictures of all the bugs and the wad of hair. He replied with "Let me look into it. I have never had a bug issue there. Let me send maintenance to look at the internet. It was just deep cleaned."He later followed up with "The little bugs are midges they spawn and at night with the balcony light on they are attracted to it. I have never in my 10 years saw a roach there. I will send exterminator over and come check the internet."I was essentially accused of leaving a door open and that is what brought all the bugs in. The maintenance guy did come by and listen to all my complaints. He took a dead roach with him, which may have been what convinced the owner that they were there. I guess my pictures were not enough? He does have an exterminator and being transparent all the bugs that I saw on the kitchen floor or bathroom floor where either dying or dead, so I assume that they sprayed before we arrived. We also found a note from a prior guest hidden in their guest book. He complained of the filth too. So this is not a new issue."

"ice maker inoperable, stove missing knob, sign said do not open windows or doors or I may have to pay for AC repairs, outlet plugs missing cover plate in master bedroom, ceiling in one bedroom about to fall down, closet door off hinges, living room chair had big slit in seat cushion, oven filthy, lower kitchen cabinet door off hinge, silver ware drawer wanted to fall out if opened all the way, master bath sink and tub had porcelain chipping off and sink had no stoppers, patio furniture rusty, picture showed hot tub but there was none, windows were taped to keep closed, back door didn't seal properly, Pictures do not show what property actually is, I could go on but property was not worth the price, I'll never book again. We were booked for 5 nights but could only stand 2 nights and left. Should have taken photos but didn't know I could upload them."

"The house was fantastic. Lots of room and very clean. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and it was very close to the sports complex (less than 10 minute drive). The only bummer was that they didn’t have a 2 night stay available so we did a 3 night stay and just checked out early. We walked a few steps to the beautiful beach which was away from the crazy hustle and bustle of the town and absolutely perfect. The girls loved the hot tub and plenty of extra towels and blankets for the guests. I will definitely book this again for any future events! "
