Staff was exceptional and the balcony view was absolutely beautiful. Everything was in walking distance and the restaurant that is attached to hotel was very good. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

I loved my stay here! It was small & felt very personable. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly, I felt right at home. The rooms were clean with great balconies and lovely view of the oceanfront not to mention the awesome café downstairs right outside to have coffee and breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Although the bathroom situation could use some updating, the overall stay was great. The view was great and location was great. Being in the middle of all things allowed us to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was amazing and friendly .

Location is great definitely needs remodeling the staff very friendly and it’s great location I wish they provided towel services and had one elevator only very small barely can fit people I loved the balcony room it’s clean and nice no complains there Staff were very pleasant

This is our second year staying at this hotel so that we can walk to the Point Break music festival. It is clean and very convenient. We also love the views of the ocean and the boardwalk. Definitely will be staying here next year.

The view and deck were amazing! Honestly, this was why I chose this hotel. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Having the door locked after 9 PM made me feel safer. However, the hotel was a little rundown. The carpet should be replaced with a hard surface, and the shower, including the loud fan, could use some attention. The bed was noisy due to the weak platform that rattled when you moved.

I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for years and always have a great experience each time! The hotel is always kept meticulous.. The beds are comfortable and The staff is always friendly and accommodating! Beyond their control, the building was built with only one elevator for eight floors, so don’t expect to go anywhere in a hurry and if it breaks down, you’re in big trouble! Parking gets tight, but they do have an overflow area reserved around the corner behind another building, this is common for a lot of hotels on the Boardwalk. All the rooms have ocean views and the hotel has an indoor pool & restaurant!

The room was like stepping back into the '80s dirty blue carpet, dirt caked up on the lamps, stains on the walls. Even the lobby was dirty. The mattress was hard I didn't know if it was just a box spring. Even the luggage carts were filthy. The room was almost $900 for 2 days and I didn't take a shower because the bathroom was like a death trap. And they have a minimal amount of parking or you have to walk a block to an outside parking lot. I wouldgive it a zero but the staff being super nice and the proximity to the beach. Do not waste your money

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay! We travelled with 2 adults and 4 children and stayed in the family room. Hotel is older but clean and accommodating. The ocean view off the balcony was beautiful and the back door access to the beach was convenient. The indoor pool was great for when it rained. Location was perfect for what we needed and the price was reasonable as well.
