"Based on other reviews, I expected to have all that we needed for our stay - well-supplied kitchen and comfortable furnisings. We were pleasantly surprised to see anything and everything we could need for a day at the beach or pool - sand toys, floats, and an awesome beach wagon. The walk to the beach was easy, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. As others have stated, the house is fully equipped. We especially needed the retractable baby gates to protect an 11 month old from the staircases - so thoughtful!! We enjoyed being an easy drive to all that VA Beach has to offer, but being far enough away that the beach was practically ours alone. We'll be back."
