"The hotel is about 20 minutes from all the seawall attractions. We really enjoyed the room, the two bedroom villa with two baths was perfect! We had an issue with the AC and it was promptly fixed and cooling perfectly. My big disappointment was we did not have access to the infinity pool that was in all the photos. It was only available to guests staying in one particular building."

"We had a great time in this house. We had eight people and this was perfect for us. Everything was clean and ready. Jay communicated very well. We had a short walk to the beach. We did rent the golfcart and enjoyed it as well."

"Everything was great about the size and comfort of the house. Beach access was excellent. The amenities like space, games for the kids, bedrooms, dishes and kitchen appliances were excellent. We were all very comfortable. The ONLY thing I could say at all negative about this place was it could use a deep clean. The walls and baseboards were filthy in some places. The dishwasher doesn’t do a very good job cleaning the dishes so we hand washed most of them. Overall, it was a great house!"

"Our stay at Sea Gem was fabulous. The home was neat and tidy. But the floors were horrific. Our feet were literally black within minutes after taking our shoes off. Some guests refused to go barefoot the entire stay. The kitchen, utensils and appliances were spotless. Plenty of dishes and glassware. lots of dining space to bring in a few chairs from outdoors. The beds were comfy and attached baths were an added convenience. We could have used bigger bars of soap and a few more towels. Glad we brought our own games. This is something that could easily be provided. Over all a great home away from home. thank you"
