The staff is always friendly, and very helpful. I love the updates done to the rooms. I stay here often, the kitchen is well equipped, and the fridge is nice and cold.

This hotel is really more of an extended stay residence. As such amenities like the pool and continental breakfast are no longer offered. The bed was clean, the rest of the room not so much. Not filthy, just not really clean. The shower wasn't terribly clean and the bathroom was covered in black mold. We have stayed here multiple times in the past but this will be our last visit unless something drastic changes. There are other, better options in the area for a comparable price.

The staff is incredible. Friendly yet professional every time i visit. Which is very often They do allow pets, which is usually not an issue but this time the elevator smelled really bad. Its a shared parking lot with 2 other hotels so you expect to see many cars. My room was on the 3rd floor this time. And this room was quite small the tv kept having issues but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Comfortable stay.

We had a good stay. There is some general maintenance needed, peeling wallpaper, cracks in the walls, carpets need cleaning, but over all, clean and comfortable.

Stayed here 6 years ago and it was basic but good, but it's gone way downhill since. No issue with the desk staff who were friendly and helpful. But the place is just in a very poor state. A shame as the suites are large with a full kitchen. I couldn't recommend a stay here.

Sherri at the main desk was fantastic,,,,Our first room was not apppropriate, so she found another room for us.. I have stayed at this property many times when i visit my Goddaughters. As far back as 2016. So much so everyone knew us lol The remodling of the rooms and updated furniture is awesome. New staff very friendly one young lady went beyond to help out with the tv/ remote caper lol. But overall a great experience and we look forward to returning.
