"Thoroughly enjoyable stay"
Got the hotel on a very good deal and was not expecting too much. What a surprise, we were allocated a room in the Struan apartment block and could not fault it. Bedroom was warm and cosy, great view over the river, bed was super comfy, so slept very well. Hairdryer, iron, hospitality tray all provided. Breakfast was excellent. Cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, pastries as well as the usual hot options, porridge, bacon, sausage etc. Ate in the restaurant on a pre theatre deal, again, excellent value for money and as a hotel guest, a complementary glass of wine was included. Food was well presented and very tasty. All staff we encountered were very welcoming. Hotel location is excellent for shops, pubs and especially Eden Court . Definitely recommend a stay here.

"Delightful setting on the great lakes of Scotland"
This lodge north of Fort William was a great surprise pretty much in the middle of nowhere. The service was quite good and considerate, just enough to take care of you and not be overbearing. The interior was very nice both the common areas and the bedroom. The bedroom was quite large. Seems very popular for hikers. The best part of the lodge was the fantastic, gourmet as far as I am concerned, dinner. They had a perfect assortment of fresh North Sea seafood plus other fare. I had the best tin of freshly boiled mussels of my life as an appetizer.

"Great location. Great for a home base. "
Apartment was great, close to train station. Very handy kitchen included especially for longtime travelling or to use as a home base. While it is often great to have a concierge handy, a good wifi connection took their place.

"Good location but room far from hotel car park "
Staff was friendly. Our room was far from the car park which is very inconvenient had to drag suitcases out the car park to the street to reach the room
