"Good location friendly efficient staff"
Arrived to be told only room left on second floor up 43 stairs. No lift Hot - no air con and kept hitting head on eves which sloped into room in roof. Staff very helpful however . Ensure ground floor or first floor if you stay . Disconcerting fire exit only front door and no fire extinguishers on landings.

"Decent hotel, beautiful location."
The hotel is a bit outdated but the location is great with gorgeous views of the lake. The staff was lovely and super accommodating. We stayed in two family rooms, very spacious but the decor felt old, clean enough but extremely hot. There's room from improvement but I would come back.

"An apartment that we would like to take everywhere"
A welcoming apartment - very clean & spacious. Top of the range. The owner coincidentally came past & was happy to go back & give us some laundry detergent for clothes washing plus some tips for restaurants & sites to see. It made our experience perfect. Mandy's top restaurant was an excellent choice - no disappointment here..

"Big rooms on the river"
The apartment we received was bigger than planned, we had more beds than we knew what to do with. But the second bathroom has a separate toilet room with a ceiling so low only a very short child could use it without danger of smacking a forehead. No laundry facilities en suite, but it had a full kitchen. The hotel has live music and a beer garden so it could be too loud for some, but we were fine. The food in the onsite restaurant was not good. But the location is great! Directly across the street from the beautiful river Ness.
