A quiet and cosy space designed for your ultimate rest.

• Master Bedroom: Bright and spacious, featuring a private balcony with a stunning ocean view.

It features a queen-size bed with an ergonomic mattress (pocket springs and memory foam) and a very comfortable single sleeper chair.

• Smart Working Corner: For those who need to work even while on holiday, there is a large dedicated desk with excellent lighting.

• En-Suite Bathroom: A full bathroom located directly in the room, equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and a set of soft towels for each guest.

• Comfort: Individually controlled climate control (air conditioning/heating) and high-quality linens included, complete with extra blankets and pillows.

⚠️ Important Notes About the Property

The apartment is spread over two levels and is located on the second and third floors of a building.

• Stairs: Access to the apartment and movement between floors is exclusively via stairs.

• Accessibility: This layout ensures a high level of privacy and a pleasant separation between the sleeping and living areas, but we would like to point out that it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

🚗 Parking and Getting Around

The house is located in the charming historic centre, within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), which means you cannot park your car directly in front of the house.

However, access is very easy thanks to several free and paid public car parks in the immediate vicinity:

• 📍 Via Madonnuzza (under the city walls): The closest by far, just a 100-meter walk from the property.

• 📍 Samonà Theatre Parking Lot: Spacious and convenient, about 250 metres away.
