- The property, completely fenced, is located in a residential area in a quiet area, with private parking inside. The house has a comfortable green area with a barbecue area and a veranda, with a beautiful panoramic view, for the exclusive use of guests. The house is composed of an air-conditioned kitchen-living room equipped with a television, two bedrooms, one of which is a double and a bedroom with two beds that can become three if necessary. The house is completed with a comfortable bathroom with shower and hairdryer; a laundry room equipped with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. It is 2 kilometers from the historic center, 3 kilometers from one of the main beaches on the coast of Sciacca, 1.5 kilometers from the junction for the SS 115 connecting Agrigento to Trapani and the A29 Palermo-Mazara motorway. It is located in a privileged position for excursions to the main tourist destinations of western Sicily. Within 800 meters there are a well-equipped supermarket, a bakery, several pizzerias and a restaurant. The house is ideal for couples and families with children.
