The accomodation was located centrally. The rooms were a bit noisy, and not sure what was going on with the pillows. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again, but I’d bring my own pillow next time!

The hotel and hotels.com suck equally
Stay was fine, post trip was the worst. Booked though Expedia with a guaranteed credit card, I was not asked to present a card on arrival or departure. Assumed as usual that my booking thru hotel.com was simply billed to my card. Amazed to receive an email threatening to report me to the police!! Hotels.com, useless in resolving and apparently I missed an email amongst others from hotels.com because i book over 50 hotels a year and have hundreds of emails from hotels.com , largely with useless promotions which I do not read. Anyway, still shocked at the threatening language from this hotel and inability to either understand a guaranteed credit card or follow up payment.

Positive Überraschung
Der erste Eindruck lügt gelegentlich. So auch hier. Von außen eine eher unfreundliche Bausünden, entpuppt sich das Innere als hervorragend saniert. Super freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel ist nix besonderes. Man kann jetzt nicht konkret was kritisieren aber insgesamt ist es nur ok. Allerdings war der Preis auch in Ordnung. Die Bilder online sind hübscher als es in Wirklichkeit ist.

Schick und neu
Schönes, neu renoviertes Zimmer, modern und geräumig, auch das Bad. Supernettes und Service-orientiertes Personal. Frühstück auch bestens. Die einzigen 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge, die uns aufgefallen sind: Dusche (billiger und verkalkter Brausekopf, sowie nicht komplett verschließbar, daher viele Pfützen im Bad) und Jalousien (werden über Fernbedienung gesteuert, die man durchgehend betätigen muss, d.h. bis alle 3 Fenster auf/zu sind, drückt man sich ca. 5min. lang einen Wolf). Ansonsten alles wirklich prima. Sehr nettes und empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Ausstattung und Einrichtung TOP! Freundlichkeit: TOP! Sauberkeit:TOP!! Beim Frühstück gibt es noch Verbesserungspotential :-) frische Brötchen vom Bäcker und ein bisschen grüne Deko beim Rührei, wären schon toll gewesen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder

Solides Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt
Insgesamt sehr zufrieden, bis auf das neue Sofa in meinem Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, welches leider sehr nach Kunststoff roch. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist gut wenn man abends Essen gehen möchte.

God beliggenhed Tæt på spisesteder og shopping. Værelset var meget bedre end forventet. Receptionisten megrt flink og vi lavede en aftale om at vi kunne checke ud før receptionen åbnede, da vi skulle videre.
