What a lovely hotel at the base of two fantastic castles and a simple walk to the lake. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful especially Ekatrina and Sabina at check-in and Peter at dinner. I look forward to returning to the hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel 30+ years ago and it's well maintained today. Its location is excellent to visits the castles and to enjoy the lake. Hotel has limited parking lots, but they have parking space in public parking area which is about five minutes walking. Not a problem for us at all.

Perfect location to stay at if you are visiting Castle Hohenschwangau and Castle Neuschwanstein. Bus up to Castle Neuschwanstein is next to hotel. The breakfast was included and was very good. One of our rooms had an amazing view of Castle Neuschwanstein.

I knew what I was buying after reading reviews. The hotel is right in the center of the tourist area and very convenient to all sites. Neat old hotel but modernized and usually ok with no ac. However some of the hottest days This week mid upper eighties so a bit warm at night but I didn’t mind. Quite nights a plus after a busy tourist days. Wonderful staff, great location and breakfast great. I would stay again.

The staff were very accommodating and when questions arose from me about our billing, they were quickly resolved. Great location for everything in the area to walk easily to, parking was included, breakfast was very authentic Bavarian, room was very roomy and well appointed. Everything about Hotel Müller was excellent. The staff was very helpful and kind, our room was clean and comfortable and the location was prime. The only bad thing is that we only had a one night stay. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Müller to our friends and family.

We had a wonderful view of the castle from our room. The beds were super comfortable. The pillows were great. The showers were amazing. Everything was truly great. It has been hot here in Germany and our room even had two fans. It was great. Highly recommended.
