  • On the edge of Schwaigern, this 110 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The stylish and inspiring decor creates a welcoming atmosphere. A highlight is the cozy, fully glazed sunroom—perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying peaceful yoga sessions. At the desk overlooking the greenery, you can let your creativity flow.



    Enjoy the large private garden with terrace—ideal for a break. The property is located directly on the Kraichgau cycle path, making it a great starting point for bike tours and walks through the picturesque surroundings.



    Gemmingen and Schwaigern are about 3 km away and offer various shopping options as well as medical care. Both towns have S-Bahn connections to Heilbronn and Karlsruhe if you wish to visit the city.



    Nearby, you’ll find local delights like a milk station with fresh farm milk and farm shops selling apple juice, ice cream, and more. For family fun, an adventure park is just a 20-minute drive away.
