The newly furnished holiday apartment, which is flooded late into the evening, is quietly located on the Faselsberg at 850 meters of altitude. It offers a fantastic mountain panorama about the Berchtesgaden National Park with Watzmann, Königssee and the surrounding mountains with a valley view. In the center of Berchtesgaden there are only 5 minutes of driving, many leisure options can be reached directly on foot from the front door. The 75 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance, a south-west balcony with a fantastic view, 2 separate bedrooms with balcony access, a spacious living room with panoramic window, relax couch and corner bench as well as a fully equipped kitchen including dining table . The parking lot is located directly at the house.
