Enjoy relaxing hours on the sunny terrace or your private seating area in the spacious garden, which you can use exclusively. Here you can unwind, enjoy nature, and leave everyday life behind.

The apartment is ideal for 2 guests and can accommodate up to 4 people with two pull-out sofas. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.



Free parking is available directly at the house. Bicycles, motorbikes, and skis can be stored securely in a lockable garage, where bikes can also be charged. Pets: Bringing pets is only possible upon prior request and arrangement. The apartment entrance is accessible via three steps; inside, the apartment is step-free. A bus stop is within walking distance.
