Very nice small hotel in Naxos town, but far enough on the outskirts to be away from any nightlife noise. Two excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Lovely owner/operator. Wonderful breakfast, best of the 3 hotels we’ve been at on this Greek islands trip.

I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and then argued with us that he couldn’t smell anything and that the cleaner said they didn’t smell anything. He was rude and was willing to change the mattress but was just so rude and arrogant. Why be rude and say no to us if your still going to help us, it was just so upsetting. It’s a shame this happened because the property is beautiful and pool is very nice but it was just very upsetting.

Soggiorno eccezionale, assolutamente consigliato!
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero perfetto all'Hotel Birbas. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei dettagli e con una pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente.
Un plauso speciale va al personale della reception, sempre straordinariamente disponibile, gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Sono stati fantastici e di grande supporto, venendoci incontro con grandissima flessibilità e cortesia anche su alcune nostre richieste specifiche.
La colazione è ottima e varia, perfetta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, comoda a tutto.
Tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente!

"An amazing stay, there's nothing not to like. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is free transport to the port which was very useful. It is close to all the restaurants and bars but far enough away so we didn't hear any noise. We had a room with a view of the sunset which was stunning. ..."
