We booked the sphinx suite with outdoor jet-tub and arrived to find a much smaller room than advertised and a standalone jacuzzi rather than the larger integrated jet tub advertised. The receptionist tried to tell us this was the room we booked, however this room is not even advertised anywhere. We had to really push back and were made to feel like it was our mistake or issue. Eventually the reservations team called and said they would move us the following day into the room we had in fact booked. This ofcourse was an inconvenience and we didn’t get the room we paid for for a full 24 hours out of the 3 nights we booked. The team offered nothing for this inconvenience not even an apology. Otherwise the stay was ok, good location, some of the amenities listed such as robes were also not provided in either room.

This is by far not a luxury property, and not with the cost by far. When we arrived the safe was not working because the batteries were not changed. Then, we lost electricity. No ac all first night. And there’s an exit sign which is bright green flashing like a disco all night. Second day the called an electrician & it went back on. Only to turn off 3 times during the night. Finally around 4 am I was able to re set it. Flashing exit sign never stopped. They taped it up with a black plastic bag, but it was so bright that you could still see the flash. Then there’s a wall to look at on your patio & sand in the jacuzzi which was “clean”. The desk is not manned all the time & once they leave, they close the patio doors and turn off the lights. So no water, no nothing. All this for a starting price of $600 per night, our friends paid more to look at a parking lot. Overall really a low end place. If you go to this island, rest a room for $200 & it will be great, with the money, and you will likely have ac. Don’t go to this crazy dump.

I have traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels over the years, and I can honestly say that Virtu Suites is among the very best I’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning décor and beautiful aesthetic. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet warm and inviting atmosphere. The property is immaculately clean, and it’s clear that great pride is taken in maintaining every aspect of the hotel. One of the things that made our stay so special was that Virtu Suites is a family-run boutique hotel with only seven suites. The intimate setting makes the experience feel personal, and I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on a few occasions. Their genuine hospitality and passion for the property truly shine through. The beachfront location is exceptional, and the restaurant was fantastic—we enjoyed every meal. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Naxos has to offer. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the room key was a little difficult to operate at times. However, this was a very minor inconvenience and certainly did not take away from what was otherwise an outstanding stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Virtu Suites to anyone visiting Naxos. It is a truly special place that combines exceptional design, impeccable cleanliness, heartfelt hospitality, and an unforgettable location.
