overall great hotel. only one problem .we arrived at 9.30 and asked if the restaurant was open at reception and they said yes until 10. when we went to sit down we were told the restaurant closed at 9,30. we were told we could only order meat pizza ( we are vegetarian ).so we had to get back in the car after along day of travelling and find somewhere else to eat.

The grand cafe is a lovely place to have a coffee and watch the ships go by on the river Maas. The rooms are large and comfortable and offer the same, lovely view over the river. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great stay!

Lovely hotel in a central location. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The rooms were big with plenty of space for luggage etc. The bed was comfortable. Nice sized clean bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants and sights/landmarks all within walking distance. Lots of transport options nearby.

Such a wonderful hotel with loads of character

Beautiful building, very nicely decorated and cosy interior. Excellent location to walk around the town and close to the station. Nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with an excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet and good coffee. I loved it !

Perfect for solo travellers

Great modern hotel opposite the Rotterdam Cruise terminal and within walking distance of a metro station. Lots of restaurant options in the hotel and the hotel breakfast restaurant has lots of choices, especially as they serve breakfast until 1200hrs.

This hotel has ticks in lots of boxes, nice size room and bathroom (just a shower), fast internet, comfy bed, lots of pillows and good quality furnishings with plenty of space to unpack. If anything I was pleasantly surprised as I thought the room was nicer than the picture

A clean, modern, vibrant hotel designed in partnership with the neighbouring IKEA concept centre, and furnished almost entirely with IKEA furniture. That may not be everyone's idea of how a good hotel should be - but it works, and it's good. Parking is plentiful and inclusive, EV charging points too, cycle hire on site. The Delft City shuttle runs directly from the hotel car park. Adjacent to a busy IKEA store and motorway intersection. It's a half hour walk into Delft - and well worth it....

Great location for exploring the waterfront, very nice roof top bar and liked the room with a view that had large windows. Starbucks under the hotel which opens at 8.00

Great modern and classy hotel

Family room was perfect, location really great and staff super helpful and friendly. Incredible value in every way.
