  • Unterpenatz - is a real oasis of peace, surrounded by a luxuriant nature and embellished by the mild climate of Merano.
    For an unforgettable holiday you will be staying in modern spacious apartment (60sqm) equipped with a double room. The bright living room with large panoramic windows is very special - a place where you can just enjoy comfortable and cozy hours. The sunny south-facing terrace - with dining table and comfortable sun loungers provides ample space to relax. Cosiness bring modern means of beech and oak parquet floors. The finest linens, towels, plush robes and slippers and large bath towels, see our guests as well before as a small traveling library.

    The kitchenette in the living room includes china, glasses, cutlery and cookware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher, and a griddle.
    Dining table, sofa, safe, satellite TV, free WiFi, bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet / bidet.
    From the apartments you can reach directly via a dirt road to the heated panoramic pool and indoor pool, sauna area and the Mediterranean garden in the Hotel Lagrein (open from mid-March to early November).

    Enjoy the soothing tranquility and size of the apartments - the magnificent view of the Meraner Land with its unique mountain scenery.

    This house is an ideal base for hiking and mountain excursions. Located just off the footpath "Mitterplatt" the center of the village of Schenna is (10 min.) And the city center of Merano (30 min.) Leads. The bus stop to Merano and the surrounding cable cars is 200 meters away.

Hochwertige und wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage und wundervollem Blick! Es gibt wirklich nichts an dieser tollen Whg auszusetzen. Alle Möbel und auch Utensilien sind hochwertig. Die Gastgeberin Petra ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr bemüht. Sie hat zudem gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein toller Blick über ganz Meran. Es gibt eine normale Kaffeemaschine und eine Nespresso. Für die beiden Apartments gibt es einen eigenen Pool. Ein absoluter Traum. Wunderschöner Blick, tolle Vermieter. Hier bekommt man frische Semmeln und gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge. Abends waren wir auch ab und zu zum Abendessen im Hotel Lagrein, sehr gute Küche. Das Hotel Lagrein gehört mit zur Familie, deshalb darf man auch alles nutzen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer hervorragenden Aussicht

Super schön gelegen mit einem gigantischem Ausblick. Die gesamte Breite der Wohnung ist verglast und man kann aus der Küche, dem Essplatz oder auf dem Sofa die Bergwelt genießen. Die Vermieter sind super nett, zuvorkommend und vollkommen unkompliziert. Ein rundum sehr gelungener Urlaub

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, in jeder Beziehung. Sie hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung , viel Platz , ist wunderbar ausgestattet , die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Balkon bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Meran und die umgebenden Berge . Wirklich ein traumhafter Platz zum Erholen .

Ferien in Schenna, der Hit!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und prima erholt. Wohnung und Lage sind perfekt und die Mitbenutzung der Hoteleineinrichtungen noch das Sahnehäubchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ganz wie beschrieben. Irrer Ausblick auf Meran. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Brötchenservice haben häufig genutzt, da Bäcker doch etwas weiter weg war. Wenn wir nochmal nach Meran/Schenna fahren, dann ist diese Wohnung unsere erste Adresse.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Lage und Wohnung tip-top. Grandiose Aussicht. Sehr nette, angenehme Vermieterin, die sehr hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich war. Auch für Kinder prima geeignet (Sandkasten, Basketball, Tischtennis, Pool und Spielzimmer im benachbarten Hotel (2 min.) gut erreichbar und Inklusivleistung; Auto vor Ort nicht notwendig, da mitten im Wandergebiet, aber auch Meran in Fußentfernung. Auch in der Wohnung mangelt es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wie auf den Bildern haben wir nichts vermisst - die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Räume waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Von hier aus kann man den Mitterplattweg nach Meran in wenigen Gehminuten errreichen. Auch die Poolnutzung in Fussnähe war sensationell. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder... Familie Klüber
