Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.😊 with a great view of the city and hardwood floors free WiFi , free parking and washer and dryer on premisses as well, queen size bed, dish washer, microwave, Kureg machine, ceiling fans, central air, central heat, and cooking pots, plates etc, on the premises as well. With many restaurants in the area from McDonald’s to sushi restaurants and bakery’s right on the premises as well just need a digital code to get inside casino 5 min away  
  
A great view of the city and hardwood floors free WiFi , free parking and washer and dryer on premisses as well, queen size bed, dish washer, microwave, Kureg machine, ceiling fans, central air, central heat, and cooking pots, plates etc, on the premises as well. With many restaurants in the area from McDonald’s to sushi restaurants and bakery’s right on the premises as well just need a digital code to get inside casino 5 min away  
  
Central Park tennis 🎾 court down the street casino 5 min away malls about 10 mins away in the area as well. Barbershops , hair salons, tanning salons, and many places to eat  
  
I’m available by text phone app or in person all the time 😊  
  
McDonald’s, sushi restaurants, Stewart’s shops, hooka shops, subways, bruggers bagels, and a dozen of more eating place with a 3 block radius  
  
There’s a very easy way travel with car bike or bus with all three things in the area as well from Uber to city bikes and bus lines in front the building  
  
No smoking 🚭 no parties 🎉 no rearranging furniture or moving smoke alarms 🚨…… these are things that can bring about a $200 fine if the guest don’t cooperate with these rules.. especially because these are all serious safety issues as well

This property is in a great location. It is located near many shops and restaurants and is in a great part of town. The property was clean and was perfect for a weekend visit visiting my friends with my little one. Communication with the host was very easy and they are very responsive. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the Schenectady, NY area

#### Nice place, nice location, wonderful management

Excellent choice. Stayed here while I was in town on business. Conveniently located near a few good restaurants. Property Management was excellent. Chris helped me out more than once, especially when accidentally leaving my keys in the apartment TWICE! Couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. Will absolutely be using Chris and his properties for all future trips to the area.

#### Great Host. Great spot

This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings.

Pros: nice property. Walkable to food/drink. Convenient location.Cons: steep stairs to 2nd floor. Some items needed attention, property manager advised and offered immediate fix but we said we could cope until checkout. Pretty strict checkout rules.
