For those seeking privacy yet not far from community--This tiny home is in the awesome tiny village of Chatham, NY. Just a 2-minute walk to Main Street with a dozen restaurants, the Chatham Brewery, unique shops, antiques, vintage clothing, theater, art galleries, Crandell movie theater. Less than 1 mile (walkable with sidewalks) north on Center Street/Route 66 is Crellin Park with a swimming pond (with lifeguard), basketball, tennis courts, skateboarding, trails along the river. PS21 abuts the park and you can access their scenic groomed trails from the back of Crellin Park. You can stay at Blush and walk to just about anything you need including restaurants, brewery, shops, etc. Te closest grocery store is about 1 mile. There is a drug store within .5 miles as well as a food coop and a small convenience shop. \*\*Please note that all hot tubs are serviced daily between 10am - 2pm.\*\* QUIET HOURS: 9 pm – 8 am. \- NO loud music or voices. This is the first time coffee, creamer, various sweeteners were provided in a rental as well as high quality soaps, shampoos, etc. A binder in the unit provided all the details/instructions on appliances, hot tub.
