Cosy and comfortable (32 and 35 square metres, respectively), ideal for couples or small families: • Space for up to 3 guests • Located on the 1st floor with a balcony and cosy seating area • Combined bedroom/living area with a comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), and a closet • Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings • well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, mini-oven, and electric kettle • Modern bathroom with shower, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries

Our “Liesl” holiday rental, measuring approximately 75 square metres and featuring a private terrace, is located on the ground floor.
A king-size double bed in the first bedroom, a bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room provide sleeping space for up to 5 people—ideal for a family or a small travel group.
You can park your car in the garage for free. There is also space here to store your own bicycles.

We are Sabine and Christian, a married couple and parents of two teenage daughters.
We’re excited to bring a little piece of the world to Hochstätt and offer our guests a true home away from home in idyllic Bavaria.
Sabine runs a small children’s store, where she works creatively and with joy.
As an architect, Christian brings his experience and sense of aesthetics to the table—an ideal combination that is also reflected in our holiday apartments.
