This newly built almost 110m² apartment invites you to relax and feel good. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath, and underfloor heating. The 2\. Toilet is located in the attic where there are also 2 bedrooms. The living area with a comfortable sofa corner is rounded off by the dining area with a real wooden table. Here you can not only take the meals, but also enjoy the view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The loggia invites you to linger on the summer evenings, and the balcony in a bedroom leaves room to rest.  
  
5-room apartment, 110 m²:  
The apartment is designed with laminate, has a bathroom with bath and shower, and an additional toilet in the attic. From the living room you come to the spacious loggia, which invites you to rest, especially on sunny days. The kitchen is furnished so that everything is available for daily needs.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage. Schön groß und geräumig. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein wunderschöner Balkon zum relaxen. Würde jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
