"The location is good , 10 minutes walking to Florence dumo and cathedral , very old building , the room was very strange with steps inside it to get in and steps to bathroom, smell was very bad in the room , AC was strange with very high sound and fixed in the middle of the room with hose with big gallon for water drainage beside it in the room which makes room very strange, the staff were good and cooperative."

We loved the neighborhood feel and soaring ceilings for an authentice Florence stay with all the modern ammenities. "We booked this place as we needed a washing machine & the right amenities in the middle of our trip. There was no washing machine, even though it was stated on the features. The showers flooded. No outside pool area. There was no one there to check out - we were checking out at 9:15am, which again stated it was staffed at. We nearly missed our train and had to just leave the keys to an empty reception desk. For the money we paid, we definitely do not believe it is worth it."
