"The room upon check-in was still dirty. The fridge had old food in it from a previous guest and the desk has visible filth not wiped up. The bathroom still had facial hair shavings around the sink so overall made me question the cleanliness of the room. Upon complaint the staff acted quickly and came to remove the old fridge food and wipe down the table. I didn’t realize this hotel was so close to many hospitals so had constant sirens which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night. My kids loved the pool and games room! They ask you to sign into the one kids room which asks way too much personal information considering you need a key card to enter and I was not comfortable providing this information."

"Check in was a little confusing, airport shuttle was booked for 5:15 am, showed up around 5:30 but was doubled booked. Arrived late heat didn't work in the room, called down someone showed up with a broken electric heater. We were very tired and decided to slept with clothes on under the covers. I felt that booking through Expedia your service wasn't the same if you booked hotel directly. Take care 😁"

"Very cozy and upscale experience. Only complaint would be difficulty navigating where check-in was given multiple entrances. Complimentary wine and card was very lovely!"

"Disappointed in the quality. Here for dance comp. Our room bed sheets were so thin they were see through. Room had a funky smell. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. Thursday when we checked in hallway by our room had popcorn al over and still there come Sunday. Any public bathrooms here were absolutely disgusting. I know dance events are busy with many visitors but no excuse for how disgusting they were. Too bad the venue itself isn’t bad. Well laid out and convenient location. Any staff interactions were pleasant and they were always very helpful."

"The floor needs to vaccum good, need to dust, they need to check the exchause fan on the bathroom, its on but not working well, the comforter needs to be clean and fresh, but all the employee in the i formation are very accomodating, and kind person."
