  • "rustico" cottage "Casalini", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 2 houses in the resort. 10 km from the centre of Scansano, 25 km from the centre of Grosseto, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3 ha. Private: garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 10 km. Riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Santo Stefano 45 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Pitigliano 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. There are 2 horses belonging to the owner kept on the grounds. Please note that the pool is sometimes used by the owner.
