The breakfast was excellent! Before arriving in the town of Scalea, Vittorio will gladly provide you with detailed direction to the property."

"Really nice modern apartment in an ancient building. Comfortable queen bed, nice bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that's perfect for a sunset glass of wine. There are several excellent restaurants and bars less than two minutes' walk from the property, and a handful more within 5 minutes' drive. One word of caution: if you have any mobility issues, you will have difficulty getting up the lengthy exterior steps and the interior spiral staircase between floors. We found it exciting and exhilarating to get some needed walking steps in during our stay."

"This was out first stop after almost 24 hours of travel. Sergio was the BEST and made sure we had everything we needed in the way of a delicious breakfast each morning and recommendations for the day. "The place is old but very confortable. Sea view room comes with a balcony (if requested). There are limited restaurant facilities and the breakfast is a par below what it should be, in my opinion, but otherwise, overall, very nice place."

"The staff were very friendly. It was quiet and clean. Breakfasts were fabulous and included amazing gluten free croissants for those who need it. Really wanted to eat at the Pagoda but it was closed for the season in October which was disappointing but found lots of yummy places within waking distance in town. Highly recommend."
