THE SPACE  
CASA BRAVA (3BR/3BA) has welcomed hundreds of guests through its doors since 2011\. We purchased the house in March 2023 and are now the new owners of this amazing tropical getaway. Wonder why there are so few reviews? It’s because AirBnB and VRBO delete all reviews when there is a new owner. As you can imagine when you look at this property there were 100s of 5-star reviews under the former owner. (For the reviews of the other places we own take a look at my profile.) If you have stayed at Brava before you will also appreciate many of the new touches and comforts we’ve added.   
  
CASA BRAVA (3BR/3BA) is a stunning modern home perched high above the laid-back surf town of Sayulita. Its sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the jungle, and the city are simply breathtaking! And the spectacular sunsets from the roof, the decks, the pool or the hammocks are sure to stay etched in your memory forever!  
  
CASA BRAVA (3BR/3BA) consists of 2 separate units that can accommodate 6-9 guests:  
  
MAIN HOUSE (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4 guests, private infinity pool)  
GUEST HOUSE (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 2 guests, private plunge pool)  
QUEEN AIR MATTRESS (sleeps 2 guests)  
TWIN AIR MATTRESS (sleeps 1 guest)  
  
When you decide to break free from the magnetic pull of this tropical oasis you’ll discover that it’s only a 10 minute walk into town or to the beach where plenty of eating, drinking, shopping, surfing and people-watching options await.

Our English-speaking manager will answer your questions and help with all of your needs. Let us arrange transportation from the airport. Want to have a private chef come in to prepare Mexican meals one or two days that you are there? Or have a masseur set up a table on our terrace for an ocean view massage? These and even private yoga instruction can easily be arranged. Please email with any questions.  
  
The home was designed by a well known Mexican architect in true contemporary style using concrete and entire walls of glass with wonderful inside/outside living areas. Handcrafted custom Parota wood louvered doors open onto decks, patios, the garden and pool area. Every individual detail was carefully chosen to complement and enhance the unique and comfortable design, such as the onyx walls, honed granite counters, and custom made furniture. Whether the perfect spot to relax is in one of the king sized beds featuring high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, the hammocks or the chaise lounges, that is entirely up to you to decide. If you can't completely leave the outside world behind, there is super fast Wi-fi throughout.

Our family had the best time at Casa Brava. The view and space were fantastic. It is just removed enough from the hub bub of downtown to feel very private, but the quick golf cart drive down, you are there for the ambience of the town. We enjoyed the town and the beach but our favorite place was Casa Brava. We hope to come again.

#### Amazing Home with Excellent Views

Casa Brava was an amazing place to stay with our group of three couples. The property has everything we could have needed for our stay. The pool is one of the best our group that frequents Nayarit has seen. It has a very deep end where you can actually swim! The pool deck has many lounging areas to enjoy the famous Sayulita Sunsets. The property is on a hill, so we rented golf carts to get to and from town. Driving the golf carts around was not only convenient, but a lot of fun as well, zipping through the jungle and cobblestone streets. Mattresses were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well in bedrooms. Management company was great at answering questions as well. We can't wait to return to this lovely residence on our next trip to Sayulita.
